Beautiful one-bedroom flat with balcony in Carolina Park, a classic condominium located in the Golden Mile, one of the most luxurious residential areas of Marbella. The flat can accommodate up to 4 guests and is arranged as follows:
>Living Room: The flat has a fully equipped living room designed for your relaxation. It features a large and comfortable three-piece L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. The living room is very luminous, thanks to a glass window that leads to a beautiful balcony. On the balcony, you'll find a table and chairs for 4 people, perfect for enjoying delicious meals. For additional rest, there is a double folding bed next to the main living room, which can be folded up against the wall when not in use. This space also includes storage.
>Kitchen: A modern and comfortable kitchen, fully equipped and ready to cook your favorite meals. It includes a fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, complete crockery, and ample storage space.
>Bedroom: A bright master bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps on both sides, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and direct access to the flat's balcony.
>Bathroom: The flat has a modern and bright bathroom with two washbasins, two large mirrors, a toilet, and a shower. A washing machine is also available for your use during your stay.
>Balcony: A comfortable balcony with a table, chairs, and a sun lounger, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxing. You will have a beautiful view of the urbanization and the swimming pool.

- Community parking within the complex (spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If no parking is available inside, you can park on the street for free).
- Swimming pool and green areas (open for some months of the year – we suggest checking availability before booking). Please note that due to the drought, pool opening dates may be affected.

*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm an additional €40 is charged until 11 pm, and €60 until midnight. Outside these hours please contact us for availability and rate. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to ensure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a €25 surcharge.
*A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or minor guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to reserve is 25 years.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more they will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
*The pool is only open a few months a year (generally from May to October). Please check the availability of the pool for the chosen dates. Please note that due to drought, pool opening dates may be affected.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
