The Villa is located down a large avenue that leads to the beach of San Pedro de Alcántara, where you will find gardens, a large outdoor playground and two impressive fountains and beautiful paths with trees and plants that lead to the urbanization where the Villa is located.
The Villa is located in a private urbanization at 300 m. from the beach and a great promenade of 17 Km. long, where you will find bars, beach bars, restaurants, water activities, etc... and in the Avenue that leads to the village you will find a great variety of restaurants. In the village of San Pedro de Alcántara, being very touristic, you will find all kinds of shops and everything you may need.

The villa has great privacy as it only adjoins another Villa on one of its sides hidden by large plants and all its perimeter is surrounded by high walls.
It has 5 bedrooms decorated with the personality of a culture/country and many of its complements have been imported from the same country of origin, these are : Egypt, India, Indonesia, China and Africa. All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses, top brand bedding, air-conditioning, TVs, stereos with Smartphone or Tablet connection. All have their own bathroom, these are spacious, with designer washbasins, top brand accessories, hot air heater, hairdryer and very bright and airy as they have windows to the outside.
The villa has 2 living rooms both with fireplace, air conditioning, TV with more than 300 movies, Dvd, lounge games for children and adults, fiber optic wireless router with free internet service throughout the villa, library with book exchange system, guides, etc...It has 2 JBL speakers with bluetooth connection, one inside and one outside, etc..
The dining room is very spacious with a large glass table with emperor marble legs with capacity for 14 people in comfortable armchairs and large PVC sliding doors that fold to the sides opening the dining room to the garden. The large kitchen is fully equipped for groups as large as the villa accommodates, with all kinds of appliances, large and small, cutlery, crockery, etc... and has its own dining room.
In 2023 a large room of 64 m2 has been built for leisure and entertainment, with pool table, professional table football, professional darts, electronic games table for 6 players, 85" TV with international and sports channels, design table with glass top for 8 people, games for children and adults, karaoke, etc... (This room has an additional cost).
As you will have seen the villa is designed for a group of friends or your family and all its members to enjoy a relaxing, quiet and pleasant holiday without missing anything to make beautiful memories that will stay with you for a lifetime.

Outside you will find a swimming pool of 8 X 4 meters, this can be heated to the temperature you want and can be covered in its entirety by a high cover that allows you to walk inside and enjoy the bath or relax in comfortable armchairs while outside it can be raining or bad weather.
The children's area has 40 square metres of artificial grass on which there is a large wooden castle with swings, ramps, slide, etc... and outdoor playground equipment.
In front of the children's area there is a sofa area and next to it a waterfall where the water flows making this area especially pleasant as with its murmur of falling water and its night illumination it incites to relaxation and rest.
The outdoor porch has two beautiful aluminium tables and armchairs with cushions and parasols and a waterfall that runs through a large sculpture, has a large bed of 200 X 180 with an awning for sunbathing by the pool.
The designer outdoor kitchen with professional barbecue, fridge with glass door, sink, etc ... will delight you as a cook because it also has a large bar with stools for you to accompany your family and friends while you demonstrate your culinary skills.
For sunbathing on the lawn there are comfortable sunbeds with cushions and we also provide you with large Chanel towels.
