The property is very close to all amenities, just a short walk to the beach and offers incredible ocean and mountain views. Located in a gated complex it includes 24 hour security, pool, gardens and parking spaces within the development. The apartment consists of: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and south facing terrace overlooking the sea front. Tenured has underground parking and storage room in the parking lot. The unit was revamped and re-equipped in full this year having all new furniture and impeccable (TV Samsung 40-inch 4K Curve, Blue Ray player, Nespresso machine, wi fi modem). The area is ideal for holidays and to live all year capable of being moved on foot due to meet on the Avenue.
