2 communal swimming pools with sun loungers. The apartment offers hot and cold vented aircon throughout, free WIFI and secure underground parking.

Enter the apartment into the hallway and on the right is separate fully equipped kitchen. Leading off the kitchen is a terrace with a dining area for 6 people. Enter into the spacious lounge/diner where you can enjoy a dining area for 4 people, a large leather L shaped sofa and 55¨smart TV. The lounge leads out onto the front terrace which benefits from a comfortable lounge seating area and glass curtains for the cooler days.
