FAMILY FACILITIES
A travel cot with bedding is provided for an additional fee (subject to availability) . Guests are welcome to make use of the additional facility however I politely ask that the travel cot is set up and then returned back to its original place of storage before you check out. If you need this, please get in touch beforehand.

Due to drought issues in Andalucía, the city of Marbella may be affected by water cuts and restrictions on its use.
The pool hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM.
-Please note that there is a charge associated with needing assistance to access the property if the key is left inside or misplaced. If such a situation arises, please contact us for further assistance.
We operate a strict no party policy and please respect my neighbors by keeping tv, voice and music very low after 10pm.
PETS
A dog is welcome at an additional minimum fee of 50 euros to cover extra cleaning. Please ensure the pets box is ticked when selecting the number of guests, and message me in advance with the details of your pet (type/breed/age). If you have a second dog, this may be considered on a case by case basis. Please kindly consider my house rules if you bring your dog.
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
- Dogs must be strictly kept downstairs and off the soft furnishings.
- Any fouling on premises must be cleared uf without delay
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before allowed in the house.
- Dogs must NOT be left alone in the property
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
