Newly renovated in January 2023, this superb three-bedroom penthouse is located in the prestigious gated community of Señorio de Marbella, designed in the traditional Andalusian pueblo style and nestled in the heart of Marbella’s renowned Golden Mile. Guests can enjoy beautifully landscaped tropical gardens featuring waterfalls, fountains, and vibrant flowerbeds, as well as five swimming pools—one of which is heated during the cooler months. Additional on-site amenities include a seasonal restaurant (open from Easter to mid-September), two tennis courts, and two paddle courts. The community offers 24/7 manned security for complete peace of mind.

Señorio de Marbella boasts a prime location: Puerto Banús and Marbella town centre are just a seven-minute drive away, while the iconic Puente Romano Hotel & Spa is within a few hundred metres. Here, guests can choose from seven exceptional restaurants, including two with Michelin stars. Numerous other excellent dining options, supermarkets, and shops are just minutes away. The sandy beach—one of the best along the coast—is within walking distance. While the return walk is uphill, taxis are easily available if preferred. Convenient motorway access is just three minutes from the property, placing everything from Marbella’s attractions to Nueva Andalucía’s Golf Valley—home to four championship courses—within easy reach.

The penthouse itself is bright, sunny, and south-facing, offering everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Set over two levels, the lower floor includes an inviting entrance hall, a spacious and modern living/dining area with a flat-screen TV, and a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen complete with a Nespresso machine and all necessary appliances. From the lounge, doors lead out to the first of two south-facing terraces.

Also on the lower level are two twin bedrooms, one of which has direct terrace access. These bedrooms share a beautifully finished marble-tiled family bathroom. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which houses the elegant master suite and access to the expansive upper terrace. This outdoor space includes an al fresco kitchenette, dining area, sun loungers, and sea views—perfect for long lunches, sunset dinners, or all-day sunbathing.

The apartment includes secure underground parking. Entertainment is provided via a new flat-screen TV offering over 1,000 international channels in English, Swedish, French, Russian, and more—including BT Sport, Sky Sports, and Sky Movies—along with an extensive library of free films and box sets. Fast, unlimited Wi-Fi with speeds up to 100mb is also included.

Wonderful location

Extraordinarily beautiful gated community with resort-like pools, pool restaurant and tennis courts. Very easy clean flat with everything one needs. Would definitively come back. WiFi was a bit temperamental through the TV. Needs air conditioning in the master bedroom.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at charming penthouse in Senorio de Marbella. The indoor and outdoor spaces are fantastic,every amenity is provided for, great lounge areas and entertaining areas on the terraces. The outdoor kitchen was so convenient for keeping drinks etc on the upper terrace. The bedrooms and bathrooms were of a generous size. The gardens and communal grounds and pools were amazing. Our kids had such a fun time and felt so safe. Our host from Finest Rentals , was so obliging and informative, they even left us a welcome hamper! I could without hesitation recommend this penthouse to anyone.

Wonderful stay at Señorio de Marbella

We got a great welcome from Emilia of Finest Rentals, who were excellent from the day we booked to the day we left. Accommodation was exactly as stated, kitchen really well equipped with excellent appliances. Our only small improvement needed is to ensure the Welcome Information booklet is easily accessible. We had to search for it and didn’t find it until the next day. It was under a pile of magazines in a cupboard. It was necessary for the WiFi password.
