Community is exceptionally well maintained with 2 large community pools and idyllic gardens. To the nearest supermarket (Mercadona) is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. 10 minute drive to Puerto Banus and 20 minute drive from the Malaga airport.

Very nice apartment and top landlord!
We had the pleasure to meet Cyrus and rent his apartment. Very nice and high standard apartment with everything you need and very nice outdoor area. Cyrus is a very nice person and are in top class in communication before, under and after our stay. I can 100% recommend Cyrus and his apartment for an amazing stay in Marbella!

Acogedora experiencia
El departamento es hermoso, amplio, cómodo. Es simple pero tiene de todo. Está situado a pocos metros de la playa. Para nuestras necesidades de cocina nos faltaban algunos elementos, pero el dueño rapidamente nos dio una solución. Cyrus es muy cercano, simple y amable. Nos ha dejado en la nevera unos tragos de bienvenida, todo un detalle. Tuvimos un percance con una vecina por el parking (no hay plazas asignadas) pero sin mucha trascendencia. Es muy recomendable para grupos grandes y si van enn plan relax y familiar.
