This spacious 2 bedroom vacation apartment is located in the peaceful complex Los Patios de Santa Maria and is next to the Santa Maria golf course with clubhouse bar, restaurant and tennis. The complex has 2 large swimming pools, beautiful communal gardens and secure underground parking.

The cozy apartment offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a living space of 85 m². From the magnificent terrace you can overlook the residential complex and the beautiful green pool area.

Elviria, between Marbella and Calahonda, is an excellent place for a vacation "away from it all" and an existing favorite of many vacationers. Close to fashionable bars and restaurants, here you can immerse yourself in some nightlife or just sit back and watch the hustle and bustle of the streets. The famous Marbella Nikki Beach is located near the beach in Elviria next to the 5-star Hotel Don Carlos, both of which offer a "Marbella" experience with upscale restaurants, bars and luxurious vacation ambiance.

apartment was lovely

The pillows were awful, only 1 per bed , flat and hard. Very cold with no heating and defiantly needed more blankets for the beds. otherwise well equipped in the kitchen
