This superb ground floor apartment in the Vista Real community features a wonderful bright terrace and high-quality accommodation for four persons. The location in the hills surrounding the prestigious Golf Valley is perfect for holidays, with quick access by car to the best golf courses, beaches and hot spots along Marbella's coast. There are excellent restaurants within a few minutes’ drive and shops and supermarkets are all close by.

Inside the apartment, you'll find a comfortable living room with dining area that opens onto a charming terrace with glass shutters, allowing use and enjoyment all year-round and in all weather. Adjoined to the lounge is a modern kitchen that‘s equipped with everything you could possibly need. A hallway connects the living areas to a bedroom with a king-sized double bed and spacious bathroom with bath and shower.

The apartment is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and TV with access to a wide selection of channels in various languages. The complex has large communal swimming-pool, underground garage and storerooms. Moreover, the urbanisation is gated and is offering a 24-hour security service.

The place is well equipped, the central AC is perfect, the terrace is amazing! I really liked the apartment The location is not ideal, you need to have a car to rent this place or you will pay a ton on transportation. Also sound isolation issues, you can hear everything your neighbor does, but luckily, the neighbors aren't noisy.
