About this property
Lake Travis Waterfront with Resort Style Pool and Million Dollar Views.
Escape to six breathtaking acres perched above Lake Travis in the heart of Texas Hill Country. Three private cabins, an infinity-edge resort pool, panoramic canyon and lake views, and an outdoor sound system, all yours, with zero neighbors in sight.
Whether you're planning a family reunion, a milestone celebration, or just a long overdue getaway with people you love, this property was built from the ground up to be a vacation paradise. It sleeps up to 24 guests comfortably!
THE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE The crown jewel is the resort-style infinity-edge pool overlooking Lake Travis, guests consistently call it breathtaking. Surrounding the pool is a 1,000 sq ft deck with a large wood-burning in-ground fire pit, perfect for evenings under a sky full of stars (no city lights out here). The main cabin deck adds another 1,000 sq ft with a full outdoor kitchen, gas fire pit, and a 28-person dining table. This is where the memories happen.
THE CABINS All three cabins sit in close proximity to each other, each with its own large deck and stunning views. You rent the entire property, cabins are never rented separately. Cabin 1 (Main Cabin): Two bedrooms, each with a King bed. Full bathroom. Large deck with outdoor kitchen, gas fire pit, and the 28-person dining table.
Cabins 2 & 3: Identical floor plans. Two bedrooms, each with a Queen bunkbed (sleeps 2 per bed), plus a loft with a King bed. Full bathroom per cabin. Please note: the loft is accessible only by a tall, steep ladder, not suitable for young children, elderly guests, or anyone with mobility concerns.
Cabin 3 highlight: Our most popular cabin, literally carved out of solid rock to capture the best views on the property. Same layout as Cabin 2. Note: Cabin 3 does not have a TV, but has full Starlink WiFi, as do all three cabins.
PLEASE NOTE - ACCESSIBILITY: The terrain between cabins and down to the pool involves steep hillside stairs (handrails provided). A flatter, alternate route between the cabins is also available. Please contact the owner if you have guests with mobility limitations and we'll make sure you're set up for a comfortable stay. We do not recommend this property for families with guests who cannot safely navigate stairs.

For current lake levels before your trip, visit hydromet.lcra.org or message the owner directly, especially if you're bringing boats or watercraft. Boat ramp access is available a few miles away at LCRA Gloster Bend Park.
HEATED POOL The pool can be heated to bathwater-like temperatures in cooler months for an additional fee (paid in advance; fee varies based on propane costs). Please check current weather conditions with the owner before your trip. The owner reserves the right to advise against heating if weather conditions make for a poor experience.

The property was great! Amazing views and nice outdoor amenities. Heating the pool was an extra fee, so we decided not to do that. Let's talk about the inside of the cabins. They were not super clean (examples - lots of dust in bathroom shelves, an old hair tie left in one of the showers). So that needs improvement.
The property was perfect for multiple families traveling together! There was plenty of shared and individual space! The view is amazing, pool was refreshing, and very clean. Would definitely recommend..
Property is fantastic with the outdoor entertaining areas. Amazing pool, hot tub and large outdoor deck/patio area. We had a blast there and would definitely stay again.

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The houses were clean and fresh when we arrived. The main cabin was well equipped with the things needed. The kitchen was kinda small for our group. The scenery was great. The stairs going down to the pool are very steep, thank goodness for the handrails. All in all we had a great time during our visit. The covered deck, firepit and the large table were the best to accommodate our group. So glad that we rented this property.
The seperate cabins worked out ideal to accommodate the different groups when needed, and the main cabin patio and pool was perfect for all to gather together.
The views were amazing, sound system outside was wonderful, huge outdoor seating for our big meals, and nicely appointed cozy accommodations.
We had a great experience staying at the property. It was relaxing and scenic, if not a bit remote. Everyone loved the infinity pool and fire pit overlooking the valley. The patio was great for seating and hosting a large group. Highly recommend.
What an amazing property. Super clean and very accommodating for our family. We absolutely loved the seclusion and the tranquility of the property. The owners/property management were extremely timely and responsive. From 2-88 we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. An absolute hidden treasure!
Group of friends stayed here for a reunion party. Very good communication in lead up to stay. House was great to play music without worrying about disrupting anyone.
Had a great time here it was so nice to have so much room to spread out and relax, also the pool and outdoor speaker system was everything we could of hoped for and more. Already have had quite a few people reaching out to look at booking this spot and I will definitely book again in the future.
This was the perfect rental for our family reunion. Very clean , wonderful views , and a beautiful pool. The back porch with a table that seated our entire family of 24 was great. Cooking out on the gas grill was very convenient for us. Let’s not forget the clean hot tub . We would return for sure !
We had a blast in the pool celebrating my moms birthday! The view was amazing!
There were plenty of spaces to sleep, and the host was very communicative! It is a nice place for a family to hang out. The river is dried out because of the draught.
My family and I had the most wonderful stay at this property and did not want to leave! I hosted my children's first communion and the large patio table sat the ideal amount of adults and children for brunch and dinner. We enjoyed everything the property had to offer, especially the breath taking views off the infinity pool. The property was very clean and smelled so nice. I highly recommend staying here and if you need catering, we used Bay Kitchen's Catering. The food was absolutely delicious!
This lake house was amazing. Although the lake was completely dry the owner did alert us with ample time before stay. Each cabin was equipped with everything needed and main cabin had all essentials. The owner was very responsive when we asked him a question. Pool and hot tub were clean and outside grills and mini fridge were great.
Beautiful peppery with all the amenities!
We were a group of 8 friends and stayed there for a long weekend. It had everything we needed and would be great for a countryside retreat. Only downside (for us, as we wanted to explore Austin) was the distance from the city , which was around 1 he drive each direction.
Other than that, the pool, hot tub and all other amenities were great (we barely cooked and ate at the property, and didn’t use the grills and smokers).
We had a wonderful time at this property. We had a group of 18 of us best friends and were able to all dethaw from winter and enjoy the pool and overall property which was beautiful. While the river is dried up, lake travis is a short distance away to get on the water. The host was communicative and helpful and this was a great property to grill out, drink beers, and enjoy each others company. A group of our size lots of folks had to pair up on the sleeping arrangements, but the beds were comfortable with ample space and the A/C was great. We also really enjoyed the fire pit! Thanks for hosting us, we would come back!
We had so much fun hosting our bachelor/ bachelorette weekend at this property! The batteries for the lock to the cabins stopped working but the maintenance guy Larry came immediately to fix it and was very friendly. There was no water in the lake because of the apparent rice farmers but it wasn’t an issue. The hot tub and the outdoor fireplace was a nice treat. We had everything we needed, everything was very comfortable, and everyone had a blast!
Our family hosted a large group of teenagers for a birthday weekend here in May, and this property could not have been more perfect. The main house was a great size, with comfy couches, a large dining table for card games/eating, a large walk in modern shower, and each bedroom there had comfy mattresses. The additional two separate cabins were top notch, each with well appointed kitchen spaces, more comfy couches and plenty of beds. As great as all those places are, the real highlight here is the outdoor space - from the rustic open area to explore, the breathtaking views, and the AMAZING outdoor patio area for games, lounging, eating, listening to music on a super sound system, and you still have a wonderful pool to top it off. We've done a trip like this a few times now and this was BY FAR the best place we've ever been lucky enough to stay in. The owners were super responsive to every question we had and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The property location is conveniently just a quick trip to town for any needed supplies. We're only sad that we had to leave when the weekend was up.
So first off all just so there is no confusion i just want to say this is was a 5 star stay and we absolutely loved this place. We booked this place based on the views, no neighbors, pool, space, and amenities. It was nice to have a house of this high caliber without a laundry list of ridiculous rules that you have to follow. Overall 5 star stay and would definitely rent again. So now the things I would have like to know if im thinking about renting. The rock stairs from the back porch to the pool are very challenging and not for the old or out of shape. The 10K stereo system is not great at all and needs to be looked at. Bunch of static and does not go very loud at all. We had two turble boxes we brought luckly, so bring your own radio. Two houses are relatively close but however the 3rd house is a little bit of a haul. The cost to heat the pool is $350 a day which seems a little ridiculous. The nice water view on the main picture is non existing and has been probably for over a year. Message the owner b4 you book to see if the dock is in the water if thats important to you. Thanks for the great stay and great property.
