The Space:
Nestled on the shores of Lake LBJ, you'll enjoy direct water access from your own private dock and boat slip, perfect for fishing, boating, or just soaking in the serene views. When you arrive and step inside your luxurious retreat, you’ll find a modern kitchen designed to impress even the pickiest chef—complete with stainless steel appliances, black cabinetry, a spacious island, two dishwashers, an ice maker, and counter seating for six. Enjoy meals in the adjoining dining area, where a large table with cozy rolling chairs for eight is surrounded by windows that bring in natural light and views of the lake.

The open-concept living room is made for connection and comfort, with two deep-cushioned sofas, a love seat, and two armchairs arranged around a smart TV above a gas flame feature. A charming reading nook with a daybed is tucked under the stairs, offering a quiet spot to unwind while still enjoying the company of others. Across the way, sliding glass doors lead to a covered patio with a dining table for eight, a grill, and your own private hot tub and pool—just steps from the water.

Our entire experience was absolutely awesome. Communication with VRBO & Grand Welcome Austin was seamless. The property is really beautiful. It was fully stocked, with all necessities, and plenty extra amenities too. I would highly recommend this home.The only negative, were the bugs from the lake, that like to hang out at night. But Sam, from Grand Welcome Austin, offered to come right over and bring repellant and blow as many dead ones, off the patio and balconies, as possible. Sam's hospitality was so great, it made the bugs, a none issue.
