We rented this property for a family trip to the area in early August and it was wonderful. Everything about the unit and the process working with Tracy was excellent.Tracy gave very clear directions for check-in and for the codes needed to get into the community and the unit. A great feature that came included with our booking was a guest membership for the week to Baypoint Resort and Marina, giving easy access via golf cart or car to the beach, the restaurant and other amenities. We rented another unit that did not include that in the cost. Tracy was incredibly responsive to any questions we had (usually within a few minutes).The unit itself was amazing - probably the best stocked unit we have stayed in on any vacation we have taken. The kitchen had everything you could possible need and the unit was also fully stocked with paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry pods, beach towels, Kleenex and about anything else you could think of. The furniture and bedding was very comfortable and the large screened in front porch overlooked the pool.The community is still a little bit under construction, but didn't impact us at all. The pool is great and located steps from the unit and the community clubhouse had a workout facility, locker room and coffee bar area. I would highly recommend renting a golf cart if you want to go to Baypoint or to downtown Marblehead. It was more fun than driving!I highly recommend this unit for a relaxing week or weekend.
