"Room was in good condition and clean. Breakfast items included Scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, two cold cereals, pot of oatmeal, yogurt, juice, a small number of fresh fruit, bread, and bagels. Very close to Interstate 80 and restaurants. They add a $50 incidentals charge upon check-in that is to be credited after check-out. "Loved the cottage! Everything was as stated in the property description and the cottage is decorated very nicely and very clean. Unfortunately, there was severe weather and we had to delay our trip a day. When I asked if we'd be able to get a refund for one day, I got no response from the property manager. "Place is a DUMP - Filthy Walls - Rooms stink - Sinks are cracked flooring is worn and torn. TVS out dated flat out DUMP.....Rooms not cleaned during the day. Pay extra and go down street to Baymont."
