"Very close to the train station. Conveniently located. Friendly staff. When we checked in chair was broken in one room and the coffee maker was not working in the other room. Staff was able to address our needs."

"The hotel is excellent for anyone going to Europa park and rulantica, we did everything on public transport and walking, the bus stop is 1 minute walking from the hotel. The walk to the park entrance is about 20 minutes, when leaving the park we used the hotels exit in the Spanish area. Two supermarkets nearby with good bakeries for breakfast, the hotel offers a microwave in the reception. I just wish the room had a mini fridge"

"This is an amazing hotel if you are going to use trains or buses. The breakfast is excellent. We had a newly refurbished room with a good outlook so that was good. However, there was no easy chair despite neighbouring rooms having two. We asked a couple of times for a chair to no avail. We’d have given five stars otherwise"
