In the resort 3 km from the centre of Marche-en-Famenne, along the wooded area, directly by the stream, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: large, well-kept garden lawn and trees. Nice stay in Ardennes

We stayed for a few days over the Spa GP. Very pleasant and conveniently located. Although it rained, we were able to enjoy the beautiful gardens and surrounding countryside. I was a bit annoyed by the extra hidden costs for electricity/water/bed linen, it would be better if the hist just factored these into the rental cost.

Ruim huis en prachtige tuin

We waren een heel regenachtige week in het huis. Hoewel de dvd speler met geen mogelijkheid aan te krijgen was, heeft het ruime huis en overdekt terras, en fijne speelzolder met tafeltennistafel, dartbord en tafelvoetbalspel onze vakantie gered. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, het huis is landelijk ingericht en heeft een gezellige grote eettafel. Met 5 pubers was het lastige afsluiten van de badkamers wat spannend. Met niet binnenkomen bordjes hebben we dit opgelost. Fijn verblijf!

Wij hadden een zeer rustige, fijne vakantie. Het huis is prima in orde, de tuin is groot wat het leuk maakt voor buitenspelletjes, en als het regent kan je je amuseren met wat er in de speelruimte staat. Je moet geen rekening houden met buren. Kortom, iedereen heeft zich kunnen uitleven. Wij komen graag terug.

Paradis pour petits et grands

Maison familiale très spacieuse et très conviviale où chacun et chacune a trouvé sa place et s'y sentait bien. L'extérieur est à l'image de l'intérieur, avec beaucoup d'espace et de possibilités de jeux. Le seul petit bémol sont tous les sentiers alentours qui sont inaccessibles car privés pour la plupart. Donc pour les promenades, il faut prendre la voiture. En conclusion, nous garderons un magnifique souvenir de ce weekend passé en famille.

Booked this property as a last minute find & was well pleased. We travelled as a group of 6 Adults & 3 kids. Utilities had to be paid for but was still worth it overall. Ample parking, enough living space & less than 10 min to shops. Overall a great family place.

sterke punten: 1-mooie locatie en groene omgeving.Het huisje is naast een rivier. 2- Het huis heeft een leuke inrichting en aangenaam sfeer. 3-We hadden geen buren.We hebben van onze privé ruimte genoten. 4-Eigenaar is vriendelijk en ze heeft ons ruimte gegeven. minpuntje: Het huisje was niet voldoende schoongemaakt , toen we daar waren. Er was veel stof op de hang lamp boven eettafe. Conclusie: Het wordt aangeraden.

Séjour avec des amis séniors

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce gîte et avons noté quelques améliorations à y apporter si possible. Il fait un peu sombre dans le salon et la salle à manger - les protèges matelas ne sont pas très propres - beaucoup de tasses à calé sont fendues ou ébréchées - il manque un cache de prise électrique. Nous attirons surtout votre attention sur ceci: les petits escaliers dangereux et non signalés à franchir pour accéder à la douche et à la chambre, au fond du couloir du 1er étage.

Met 12 personen hier een midweek verbleven. Prachtig huis op een schitterende locatie. De stad met veel voorzieningen in de buurt, net zoals veel andere bezienswaardigheden. Enigste minpunten waren de bed matrassen en douchen in bad. Verder een top vakantie gehad!

Doté d'un charme fou, ce gîte est l'endroit idéal pour un petit weekend entre amis. Tout est pensé pour oublier le bruit de la ville...La maison est spacieuse et bien fonctionnelle, l'extérieur est soigné et bucolique, l'annexe aménagée en salle de jeux amène un air de fête et la terrasse qui surplombe le domaine est un régal pour la vue et contribue à une ambiance insolite....Rien n'est jamais parfait, le bruit de la route peut parfois être un peu dérangeante mais nous y reviendrons....

Grande maison agréable, avec de grandes chambres et une cuisine bien équipée où nous avons passé un super weekend entre copines! A noter que la salle de jeux est sans chauffage. Deux points d'amélioration, l'eau chaude qui était à peine tiède et le wifi qui ne fonctionne pas très bien.

De woning biedt voldoende ruimte voor het aantal toegelaten gasten. Aan de eettafel, in de living, kortom zeer geschikt. ook een ruime keuken. In de speelhal zou ik de voetbalkicker wel vervangen.

Superbe gîte pour réunions familiales

Superbe gîte avec beaucoup d'espaces intérieurs et extérieurs, chambres très spacieuses, pièces de vie agréables et spacieuses également. Beaucoup de petits coins détentes dans le jardin. Seul hic, le bruit de la route. Sinon, endroit de vacances à recommander.
