"The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

The area where it was indicated we should park was very small, barely wider than the pavement, so the car would have needed to be parked alongside the garage rather than reversed into the space in front of the garage otherwise the car would protrude into the road. "I go away with work most weeks and this has to be up there with one of the best places I have stayed in. Would love to come back in the summer. I’ve now booked up for my third successive week. The kitchen is perfect, plenty of work space and well laid out. Bit of confusion over the microwave until I realised it was built into the oven. Maybe do with a washing machine. "The pod was a great size (family of 3), clean, had everything you needed and more. The attention to detail with the added reception area with games/dvds and information was great. Our 4 year old loved the novelty of a dvd! Dominic was really helpful, felt super relaxed there and was situated perfectly for lots of family fun activities! Will deffo book again in the future. The shop across the way was lovely, we didn't use the tea room as it was closed during our stay but it looked lovely"
