"The room was nice if somewhat dark - dark wallpaper and dark furniture. The bathroom had a big shower but signs of mould in places. Sadly the shower didn’t work brilliantly, changing pressure and temperature. The spa was great had a fabulous massage. "

Chair in room was badly stained, light switches - some worked some didn't with intermittent flickering. Beautiful old floor standing mirror however the tilt would only stay at floor view so could only see from knees down unless was held or you knelt on the floor "

"We stayed for 3 nights. Excellent staff and very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. The location is perfect, the view from our room was Winchester Cathedral. Parking is reasonably priced at the hotel but you need to get there early as the car park is not very large Definitely would stay again."
