"Although the apartment is not a part of the actual hotel and spa they accommodate you as if you’re staying there. I went to the main hotel building and they drove my bags over to the other building which was so nice. The apartment is located right next to the castle which was so fun to wake up, walk outside and see first thing in the morning by the river. "

One lady at lobby was less friendly when I was checking in on Sunday, but overall the experience was very positive. The breakfast had great options. I’ll definitely come back when visiting Lake Garda again. "

"Within easy reach of railway station and all Veronas attractions, this hotel was perfectly positioned for our stay. On arrival we found the reception staff very warm, professional, helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and nicely set out and the bed so comfortable we had three great nights sleep. Breakfast was included in our stay and we absolutely loved it. The wonderful staff brought us fresh orange juice and cappuccinos on arrival and the buffet choices were perfect. Definitely recommend."

Our balcony overlooks the lake and the ferry terminal is right beside the hotel so easy to move from our last hotel to this one The bar has indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the lake and it’s just a wonderful place to relax"
