Sunset views
This place was home for 4 days. Cute flat with an extraordinary view of the sea from above. Gentle breeze meant no need for air con, woke up to the sound of the sea . Felt at home on this little mountain. A great spot with delish restaurants at the beach and great communication with lovely host using mostly Google translate and WhatsApp ( I speak no German or Italian) and a neighbour who translated too :) Loved our stay. Thank you x

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung hat Charme, aber ein paar Erneuerungen wären angebracht. Z.B. Das Türschloss ist sehr schwergängig. Ein WLAN Repeater für wenig Geld wäre nötig. Internet

Appartamento comodo, ben fornito, con una bellissima vista sul mare dal terrazzo. Molto comodo poter andare a piedi in spiaggia. Il canino Rambo è stato un host molto premuroso, ci veniva a salutare tutti i giorni e ci ha reso il soggiorno più bello.

Wunderbarer Blick über die Bucht von Sant‘Andrea
Insgesamt war die Wohnung gut. Allerdings war sie für unsere Konstellation (mein Sohn und seine Freundin und ich) ein bisschen zu klein. Wir hatten sie wegen der Fotos größer eingeschätzt. Es fehlte uns nur ein Wasserkocher und eine Garderobe wäre großartig gewesen. Aber das sind ja im Grunde Nebensächlichkeiten! Die Hauptsache war, dass die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind und ihren Gästen alle Freiheiten lassen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Badezimmer sehr schön. Man hat alles, was man braucht! Die Lage ist toll und der Ausblick paradiesisch. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Una finestra nella natura
Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni in questo appartamento, vacanza itinerante all' isola d'Elba. Posto semplice, non mancava nulla, abbiamo dormito molto bene, la terrazza è il punto di forza, vista eccezionale. A piedi si può raggiungere la spiaggia di Sant' Andrea in mezzo ai colori e ai profumi che offre la passeggiata.

Einfach aber schön
Das Quartier liegt an einem Hang und man hat deshalb einen Traumblick über das Meer, selbst wenn man nur auf dem Balkon sitzt. Zu unserer Buchungszeit im Mai war herrliche Ruhe ......., nur Vogelgezwitscher. Das haben wir sehr genossen und empfehlen es für Menschen die Ruhe schätzen und mit Fernglas das Meer und seine Schiffe beobachten wollen. Beide Badebuchten sind unterschiedlich, aber jeweils sehr schön und das Wasser glasklar. Die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen!

Super Urlaub
Die Wohnung ist super, komfortabel, gut ausgestattet und recht groß. Die Lage ist toll und die Aussicht fabelhaft. Einziges Manko, der Rückweg vom Strand ist etwas steil, daher nutzt man am Bestes das Auto wenn man viel zu schleppen hat. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr empfehlenswert!

unglaublich schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht von Sant Andrea
Kleine Terrasse mit herrlicher Aussicht. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite, deutsch-sprechende Gastgeberin. Versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Leider ist die kleine Wohnung zu voll gestopft. 5-6 Schlafgelegenheiten, viele Stühle, große Tische. Wo wir (zwei Leute mit Hund) uns doch auch so auf die Pfoten getreten sind... Weniger wäre mehr!

Prima appartement, eenvoudig maar praktisch ingericht, sanitair en keuken wat gedateerd maar schoon en alles aanwezig. Eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is geweldig. Je kan met 5 personen op het balkon eten.

Fantastischer Blick und top Lage
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Zwei tolle Bademöglichkeiten (Sandstrand und Becken zwischen Felsen) fussläufig. Und dann ein fantastischer Blick von der Terrasse - was will man mehr? Wir wollen sofort zurück!

Fantastischer Meerblick und sehr liebenswürdige Gastgeber
Wir waren mit den Kindern für einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt in Cottoncello. Die Wohnung erlaubt es, die Strände von Sant'Andrea und Cottoncello zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Sie ist geräumig, liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Von der Wohnung hat man einen sagenhaften Blick auf das Meer. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation erfolgt problemlos - die Gastgeberin spricht deutsch als Muttersprache. Was auch immer einem fehlt - vom Bettlaken bis zu den Küchenwerkzeugen, um den Fisch zu putzen - bekommt man sofort von den Gastgebern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können jedem diese tolle Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Esperienza fantastica
Location top. Vista sul mare e sullo splendido tramonto. Ottima pulizia ed sanificazione dell'immobile. Proprietario gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi cosa ed aiuto. Facilmente raggiungibile e permette un facile spostamento per raggiungere tutte le altre località balneari dell'isola. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo e sarebbe bello essere ospitati nuovamente in questo splendido appartamento.
