Stunning views, lovely apartment

Gorgeous patio and views. Accommodations were spacious. Good size bedrooms and baths. Light and airy. Kitchen was small, but we ate dinners out so it was no problem. Handy washing machine! The area had good restaurants and we loved the island! Antonio was very helpful and met us at the bottom of the road. He gave us restaurants to go to and was easy to work with. We look forward to returning someday with better weather. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Besitzer und dem Verwalter Antonio. Es sind zwei Wohnungen, man wohnt im oberen Bereich. Der untere Bereich gehört dem Besitzer. Tolle Wohnung tolle Lage mit mega Ausblick, wir kommen wieder 😉.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber mit Charme

Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich, allerdings könnte mal etwas repariert und erneuert werden. Wasserhähne entkalken, Herd nicht voll funktionsfähig, Sofa ziemlich kaputt, Gartenmöbel auch schon mit Schäden…

Rundum gut

Das Haus entspricht dem Inserat und auch den Rezessionen der Vormieter. Die Küche ist im Verhältnis sehr klein zu den anderen Räumlichkeiten, aber noch ausreichend. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch Antonio verlief reibungslos, generell ist er die gute Seele der Umgebung, und als es ein Problem gab, war er zur Stelle und kümmerte sich. Allerdings geht das nur auf italienisch. Der einzige Negativaspekt ist die Müllentsorgung, es gibt keine Tonnen, alles muss in Tüten verstaut, und bei der Einfahrt an einen Haken gehängt werden. Dumm nur, dass die Möwen und die Katzen sich den Biomüll holen, und oft eine Ssuerei verursachen, die dann weggeräumt werden muss. Aufgepasst auch am Grill, auch dort wurde uns von den Möwen Grillgut direkt vom Grillrost geklaut. Ich habe es anfangs nicht glauben können, aber es ist wirklich passiert. Ansonsten wirklich zu empfehlen, die Terrasse mit dem dazugehörigen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Procchio entschädigt für vieles.

Schöner Urlaub

Man kann hier sehr gut entspannen (schöne Einrichtung, gute Zimmeraufteilung, große und schöne Terrasse zum Verweilen, schöner Blick). Von Redinoce aus kann man alle Ausflugsziele der Insel schnell erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Verwalter hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Erfahrungsbericht

Der Mietbeginn war etwas holprig. Schlüsselübergabe war trotz Nachfrage schlecht geregelt. Erschwerend kam hinzu, dass wir weder Handtücher noch Bettbezüge vorgefunden haben. Erneute Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter der Wohnung und dem Eigentümer war erforderlich. Gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 30 € pro Person (insgesamt 150 €) wurde uns dies zur Verfügung gestellt. Einen Hinweis darauf, dass Handtücher/Bettbezüge extra gebucht werden müssen, habe ich auf der FEWO - Seite nicht gefunden. Könnten Sie mir die Stelle bitte nennen! Vielen Dank. Die Wohnung und die Lage sind hervorragend und es hat uns gut gefallen. Das Inventar z. B. das Sofa hat deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. .

Die Übergabe erfolgte sehr gut. Das Haus war sehr sauber ausser die Küche. Die Küche ist zum Vergleich des Hauses sehr klein. Sehr schöne und grosse Zimmer und wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse und dem Wohnzimmer aus. Sehr ruhig und erholsam.

Bellissima casa

Settimana meravigliosa...appartamento molto bello con tre camere due bagni una cucina ben attrezzata...terrazza molto grande dove il nostro cane Artu' ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente e noi viverci una vista favolosa...zona molto tranquilla ideale per una settimana di relax...ottimo punto di partenza per visitare tutta l'isola...ci siamo sentiti a casa...grazie per la bellissima settimana

Wunderschöne Wohnung, tolle Aussicht

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Angaben und Bilder in der Beschreibung stimmen sehr genau mit der Realität überein. Von der Terrasse und der Wohnung hat man einen wirklich tollen Ausblick auf das blaue Meer und die schöne Bucht. Bei jedem Wetter genießt man eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Die Küche mit den modernen Geräten bietet genug Platz zum Kochen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. In diesem Haus gelingt es wirklich vom Alltagsstress abzuschalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Casa molto bella con panorama mozzafiato!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 (4 adulti e 4 ragazze) dal 7 al 14 luglio, la casa é veramente molto bella e confortevole. Le tre stanze sono ampie e tutte dotate di aria condizionata come anche la sala da pranzo. La terrazza é stupenda, grande, veramente grande con un panorama mozzafiato sul golfo di Procchio, dove abbiamo fatto colazione tutti i giorni e cenato la sera. Il posto auto all’interno della proprietà é un’altro punto positivo.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Ausblick.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, tolle Bäder! Die Terrasse ist traumhaft! Unvorteilhaft war lediglich die Ausstattung der Küche, da fehlt einiges (zu wenig Besteck, Salatschüssel, Sieb, Glaskanne)! Die Küche ist eigtl. etwas zu klein! Trotzdem empfehlenswert! 👍
