The lovely village of Marciano della Chiana. In the outskirts of Marciano della Chiana, ancient medieval village which still maintains an intact sighting tower and the majestic walls of the fortress, we find CASA FANFULLA. It is a portion of a nice new building where two of the apartments are at our guests disposal, each one with independent entrance. The village of Marciano della Chiana, with shops and facilities, is only 500 m far from the property. So it is possible to walk to the restaurant or to do some shopping, and in the meantime admire the landscape of the surrounding countryside with its silver olive groves, green vineyards and cultivated fields.The apartments, the garden and the pool. For the guests a fresh fenced garden equipped with table, chairs and barbecue and the fenced swimming pool (size mt 5x10 - depth mt 1,40 - open from 01st May to 30th September). The apartments are furnished in a simple way but comfort is assured (washing machine, dish washer, oven, TV). Air conditioning private car spots and garages (35m2 each).
Access by an external staircase connecting the parking to the garden. Ground floor apartment with independent entrance from the porch equipped with table and chairs. Living-dining room with kitchen corner and small double sofa-bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower.
