"This is the worse Novotel I've ever stayed at. The location was in a bad area with a lot of trash outside of the parking lot. There are insects everywhere in the hotel and flies in the room. We were in floor 1 room 123. When we first checked our room, we noticed the red sheet had dead bugs in it and there were makeup stains. We told check in people and they sent up someone to change the sheets but while he was changing it he kept complaining that he put new sheets initially and he didn't know...

"I need to stay near the airport as a result of an early flight, I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff were very helpful and the free shuttle is amazing. When you have a 6am departure!"
