"Access to this hotel is via the sister hotel up the road. This is where reception and breakfast are located. The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it! "The accommodation is ideally situated to explore Espalion on foot, and the rest of this beautiful area by car. Parking is simple at the front of the property. Our only slight grumble would be the shortage of pots and pans for cooking."
