"We had a wonderful time away at this property over the February school break. The property was decorated to a very nice standard. It was very comfortable for a week away with friends. The en suite bathrooms to every room was a real plus! It’s very close to hiking trails and a short drive to sledding/ skiing for the kids. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back again!"

Der Ortskern von Kaysersberg und die Ritterburg sind in knapp 15 bis 20 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen, der nächste Bäcker sogar in 10 min. Der Whirpool war unser Highlight! Nicolas hat super schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit als etwas im Chalet vergessen wurde und dies uns leider erst nach der Abreise aufgefallen ist."

"This is a fantastic hotel if you are visiting Colmar and want a 2 min walk to the train station. It’s a less than 10 min walk to little Venice and other landmarks are close by after wondering through the beautiful village of Colmar. I also wanted to send a “thank you” to the front desk and “Paul” especially he went above and beyond for us last night to help dry our clothes that didn’t quite air dry in our room. I was blown away by his kindness. He came up to our room took our clean damp clothes in a bag had them dried, even folded them and brought them back up to our room a hour later. What a wonderful employee Paul @ the Grand Hotel Bristol in Colmar is!! Thank you and we hope to come via again sometime in the future. "
