Queen bed in guest bedroom #1 - two twin sets (with adapter to make into king set) in guest bedroom #2. Pull-out queen sleeper sofa in Den. Convenient location, overall stay was great however the property needs some attention to require such a high daily price. Pool and spa were excellent. Also host communication was often and thorough.

Wonderful New Year's Vacation

We had a lovely stay at this comfortable, clean and well-appointed vacation home. The layout was perfect for our family of five and we enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and by the pool. The property is an easy walk to a public access on a beautiful stretch of beach. We definitely hope to visit Marco and stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay in this house. We have stayed in this neighborhood several times before and love how you can walk to everything. The house was very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is a separate office room that I appreciated because I worked most days we were there for the 4 weeks. As a bonus, the office room had a bit of a water view with an open lot across the street that was on a canal.

Perfect

House is perfect. Has everything you will need for your stay, including plenty of beach gear, baby gear, bikes etc. Pool is heated and the jacuzzi gets hot

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. One of our favorite parts was how close the beach was. We also loved that the host provided several beach access locations, making it easy to explore different areas and find the perfect spot each day. That thoughtful touch made our beach days even more enjoyable. Our kids had an amazing time, and we especially loved spending time by the pool and taking peaceful bike rides in the mornings and evenings. The property was exactly as described and provided the perfect atmosphere to unwind and make lasting family memories. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. We truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great location-great house

This property is 100% as-advertised. It is less than 4/10ths of mile from the beach. The home is well-appointed, but extremely livable/comfortable, and has all the amenities you or your family will need for a Marco vacation.

Winter Getaway

Wonderful experience! Everything was as described, one of the most enjoyable VRBO trips we have taken. Already planing on a return trip. Andres was a pleasure dealing with. All the needed equipment for a trip to the beach was a huge plus. Really enjoyed the outside grill area.

Very convenient, beautiful home in Marco. Close to everything you need with little effort while nestled in a neighborhood community. We felt comfortable right away and relaxed through our time spent. We will be looking to come back again. Thank you for the prompt service and communication.

Beach-Ready Home with Amazing Hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at this home for the 4th of July in Marco Island! The house was spotless, in a fantastic location, and had everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway—beach towels, carts, and more.The hosts were incredibly accommodating from the beginning. They allowed us early check-in and late check-out, and listened to my concerns about possibly rescheduling our stay due to a tropical depression that was expected to impact the area. Their flexibility and thoughtfulness really made a difference.Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped stay in Marco Island!

Beautiful house, great location

The house was absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. There is a table out by the pool that easily seats 6 and that is where we spent a majority of our time when home. It's walking distance from the beach and they have beach chairs and a couple of wagons to help tote your stuff to the beach. It is also super close to some great restaurants and stores.

Friendly owners, nice home, close to the beach!

The home was great for my boys and I. Owners were kind. They had a book with a ton of info. Bikes included. Short walk to the beach.

This property was perfect for our family of 6. The pool was warm and the spa heated up to 102F to enjoy as a hot tub. The house was nice and had all of the amenities we needed. Any needs we had were met within the day by sending a simple text to the manager. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a noise ordinance even during the daytime (68 dBA the sound of a vacuum cleaner). Kids being noisy in the pool will result in a visit from the local police so a dBA monitor would be helpful for visitors to gauge their noise level.

This was the perfect accommodation for our group of three adults. The location cannot be beat. It is very close to the public beach access that is located in the middle of the beach rather than at one end or another. The JW Marriott tiki bar and restaurant is just steps away on the beach. The house itself is updated with a large kitchen and living area, plus three bedrooms, a study with a fold out couch, two full baths and one half bath. The back porch has a large covered dining table and a heated pool and hot tub. The entire pool area is covered by a screen to keep the bugs away. We enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning. The house is located in a quiet well-manicured neighborhood. We would stay there again. The price was reasonable for such a well-located, well-appointed house. Also, the property manager is very responsive and helpful.

Repeat visitors - Location and pool

This is a very comfortable home with a location and pool area which are hard to beat. Primary king bed is comfortable. Secondary bedrooms could use black out curtains or shades. Upgraded furnishing / bedding / linens would be wise considering the nightly fee. No Keurig. We knew this year to take some of our own items. Nice beach carts and many bikes. We did not use but available. Communication with owner positive. We plan to book again

Absolutely wonderful stay! Anything and everything we could possibly need for a day at the beach was on hand! Perfect home and pool! The owners were incredibly responsive to our questions and needs during the stay…. We have rented condos in Turks and Caicos, Bahamas, and Hawaii and this was our favorite trip of all!

Awesome place. Only takes minutes to walk to the beach. Pool is great. All amenities are provided. Gold standard of VRBO.
