Once you arrive, park the car and get a sense of just how close you are to everything. An easy walk of 5 minutes or less will take you to the island's best restaurants, the public access to South Beach, mini golf, movie theatres and fantastic shopping.

Upon entry, appreciate the recent updates including new interior lighting, fresh paint, updated kitchen, new flat screen TVs in each bedroom and living area, new epoxy coating in the garage, new upscale beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach cart and much, much more. Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!
