    This house is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. You will be following the payment schedule from Marco Island Rental Properties not VRBO for your booking. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out promptly.

    Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath vacation home which is conveniently located down the street from a beach entrance (5 Min walk). King Bed in the Master, Queen in both guest bedrooms. All the Bedrooms and Family room have smart TV's that can stream Netflix and Prime Video but only the Family Room and Master Bedroom have cable. Pool has a southern exposure to enjoy the sun all day long. House has tile throughout. Down the street from restaurants, movies, and mini golf. House has beach chairs available for tenant use. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

    NOTE: This house is in a residential area of Marco Island and there is a strict Noise Ordinance. NO outside loud noises shall be made to cause a disturbance to the neighbors. Parking permit is limited to 2 vehicles.

    NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will loose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage

    CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!

This is a wonderful house close to the beach access on Maple. Best part of the beach! Also, nice warm pool, great decor and the management company was wonderful. They let us check in early!

Marco getaway

The home was perfect for our 2 week Florida getaway! My husband and I loved the proximity to the beautiful beach and the convenience of having beach chairs, umbrella and a cart to pull everything. The neighborhood is quiet and the heated pool was wonderful, which we enjoyed daily.We hated to leave and hope to be back next year!

We traveled with 2 young children (ages 2 and 1) and this house was wonderful with them. It was childproofed in so many ways and had nice childrens amenities for the beach. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young children) stayed here for a week in late January. We LOVED having a heated pool to ourselves! As a mom I also loved the bathroom entrance right off of the lanai. The home was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The home is an easy walk to the beach and is centrally located on the island. We took a day trip to the zoo in Naples and had a lovely lunch on Goodland. We loved checking out the farmers market and playground at Mackle Park and had a great time on the Eco dolphin tour. We hope to stay here again :)

This was our first trip to Marco Island, and only second time renting thru VRBO. From the beginning, the communication was amazing (answering questions we had prior to arrival, suggestions on things to do, etc). I appreciated the ease of communication when there from email instructions on stay and check in, to text messages with reminders, the whole process was seamless. The home is in the perfect location. It was a quick walk to the perfect spot on the beach, and everything we needed at the beach was available for us to use (towels, chairs, sand toys, wagon, cooler, etc). When we didn’t make our way to the beach, we enjoyed the beautiful lanai and pool. The pool was the perfect size and depth for our family and gave us the opportunity to enjoy time at “home”. Looking forward to our next visit to March Island, and hopefully staying at this home again. Thank you!

Location and pool were great. Supplied beach wagon a plus. 3 beach chairs provided. Previous rental places in Marco have supplied 4. If needed, plenty of beach/pool toys supplied. Good supply of kitchen utensils and appliances. TV in family room was great. TV,s in master bedroom & 2nd bedroom somewhat primitive. Could improve on lighting and some dated furniture. We enjoyed our stay at this property! Pool was FANTASTIC! Beach access was a 5 minute walk. They provided wagon, chairs and beach toys which was great for our grandson. We utilized the grill. Easy access to Collier Boulevard. Only the master bedroom has a ceiling fan but there were 'regular' fans provided for other 2 bedrooms. Overall...would stay here again and recommend to others!

Wonderful week at Marco island!!! There are pros and cons to this place: Cons: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom 1 trash bag per trash cans…. No paper towels provided. Especially considering we rented the house for 7 nights. Luckily it was only the two of us or we would have had a problem. Paper towels weren’t a problem $1 at Winn-Dixie. Toilet paper and trash bags you have to buy in bulk. Seriously. How much is it per night to rent?!?!? Pros: House has everything you could think of! Heated (solar) pool 90-92 degrees in January!!! We did have to add some water but no big deal!!! Beach wagon, 3 chairs, couple of umbrellas, a big Rolling cooler (we packed our yeti backpack cooler), 2 bikes and the beach is an easy walk. Only con is you have to cross the street…. Not a problem! Neighborhood was supper quiet except the construction in the neighborhood. We just turned our radio up when we were at the pool! Beds were comfy. The water wasn’t as warm I have at home but…. Love having a house for the peacefulness.. we have teenagers at home so no peacefulness around…. We love the conveniences such as dishwasher, washer/dryer, kitchen, room to move around! Gas grill was perfect for suppers!!! Garage was handy considering our first day we had 3 tornado warnings and a rental car! I did pack some dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent (I have very picky on what I can use due to allergies) so no problem! We do lots of condos/vrbo sand I also pack these!!! We found groceries were cheaper at Winn Dixie rather then Publix…. House was very spacious, well decorated, and very clean when we arrived!!! We will try our best to visit again! Everything has been perfect!!! The town was very nice and safe. We took daily walks around town and up and down the beaches…. Several restaurants within walking distance of the house! We have pizza delivered from Sami’s on our first night while we got settled it. We walked to Salty Dog one night and NachoMama one night. All were very good.

Marco Island Gem W/ Awesome beach access

First time with VRBO, couldn’t be happier. This property is sooo close to the beach access at its best point - we were able to enjoy the same without paying the $700 resort price! (Although we Did very much enjoy a few of their $14 pina coladas) Super nice to have your own pool, and the Weber grill allowed us to have some awesome steak and seafood dinners for a fraction of the Steakhouse prices. Very easy to get in/out of Marco so you can head to Naples for a day to enjoy 5th Ave South (a must), Winn-Dixie is a few minutes away with fantastic prices on great meats and all the groceries you need. Across the street from that are several great places to eat on the water in open air with very reasonable menu options. The house is very comfortable and livable in a wonderful neighborhood, quiet street - feels like home when you pull into the garage and head inside to unwind poolside! Also, there’s a YMCA a 4 minute drive away with a $15 drop in fee, nice basketball court too, so you can stay in shape, and we were able to walk to Mass in about 5 minutes at San Marco. The guest book at this house is full of nice stories of people who’ve enjoyed their stay, many for multiple visits, and we’ll stay here again when we return to the area. Although we didn’t use them except for a few floaties, there were many items in the garage to use.
