Overall very clean and well maintained. Location was perfect! Right across the street from my conference. Only feedback I have is the master bedroom needs a blackout curtain as the hallway light shines very bright even through the night shade.

This property is great! It’s in an excellent location and has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Just across the street from the beach. Absolutely love this place and will definitely be back 👍

Cheap and cheerful

This property is spaciois and well located. Its a bit dated but priced correctly for that. The lights on outside in the building stay on all night so make sure you bring an eye mask.

Great location

I stayed here as an alternative to a pricier hotel for a conference. The place is nice, however, after my first cold shower, I figured out that someone had not turned the hot water heater on (I understand why it’s off), but would be worth mentioning in the check out day information. Also, the bedroom does not have black out blinds, only light filtering cellular shades. That window faces the hallway which has a light on at night, so if you need darkness for sleeping, bring an eye mask.

Steps from the beach

My stay was great! Condo is comfortable and location is perfect ( JW Marriott restaurants on the beach are fun, fun, fun) - you are steps away across the road, right in the middle of Marco beach. I loved having a heated pool with nice seating area and tennis court. Will be back for sure !

This was right across the street from the beach, so the walk over was really quick. It was about a 12-15 minute walk to restaurants, which was okay except when it poured for two hours when we wanted to walk to the restaurant. Also the nearest grocery store was really not a walkable distance. The property was older but tidy and everything worked fine. The pool was really heated, so on a rainy day when it was too windy and chilly for the beach, we enjoyed swimming in the warm pool. My only issues were that we arrived at night and our driver pulled around to the front of the property, and it was completely unclear where to enter to get to the condo (the first floor on the front side are offices); someone called down to us from a balcony and told us to use the gate on the side. If this had just been part of the check-in directions, that would have saved us confusion. Also the shades are not thick enough as there are many outside lights that light up the bedroom, so bring your sleep mask if you like a darkened bedroom.

Just fine. Good location

Property was as advertised. Some of the furniture was a little uncomfortable (I have a bad back). Location to the Marriott and their bars and shops was convenient.

I enjoyed staying here. Just steps away from the beach. All the workers on the property were extremely nice. Property manager responded quickly.

Good access to the beach

I liked the property location and the size of the condo, however, not a towel under 10 years old to be found. I did feel it was old and a bit rickety, especially the bathroom. The refrigerator was very loud. I was not happy with the tiny sand ants that were in the cabinets but I guess it's par for the course when that close to the beach. I do not think I will rebook this complex, too old. However, I look forward to my next trip to Marco Island.

Clean Room / Convenient Location

The property was very well-kept. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Although the building is older, it is well maintained and we would definitely stay here again.

It's a great location....

but property needs a complete overhaul. First and foremost the toilet needs to be replaced. It barely works. I feared it was going to overflow several times. Does not make for an enjoyable stay no matter where you are. Property is way overpriced. Property managers responded within 15 minutes but did not status as well. Unfortunately were not able to fix the toilet issues.

Long weekend away

You get what you pay for. This was the most reasonable place I found close to the beach. It does not have a view because of the trees and the toilet would barely flush. Close to beach and has a pool
