🐬 Exquisite Coastal Themed Beachfront Condo w/ 180° Ocean Views on 9th Floor

Enjoy your beachfront vacation, at our fully remodeled condo in the Apollo building, on the 9th Floor. It was just completed in November 2022. Everything inside the condo is new.... from the dishes & small appliances, to the TV’s, bed and artwork. Come & enjoy yourself to the fullest!!

Just a short walk to the Gulf Coast water!! It’s only a 1/2 mile to the Marco Walk Plaza where there are restaurants, shops & a movie theater! And 1 mile away from the JW Marriott!

The Apollo is undergoing a beautification project. There will be noise related to this project April-November. Removal of paint on patio lanais will be done as units are available. May 27-July 27th is "painting time". We have the condo shut down for two weeks, as the entire 9th floor gets repainted from June 3-15. Want to know more? Scroll to the bottom of the listing.

-THE LIVING ROOM: a Large 55” Flatscreen Smart TV able to stream your NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and/or HULU when you log into your personal account(s). We invested in an "electronic blind", so when the afternoon sun comes shining through you can just draw it down & cool down.

-THE KITCHEN: All new major appliances, which includes a built-in combo microwave/convection oven, a compact Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, a ceramic glass 2-burner electric cooktop and a refrigerator. The kitchen is also stocked w/ the necessary items. Items include and not limited to; a 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker, a Single Cup Keurig coffee maker, a large electric griddle, a Blender, Toaster, pots & pans, bakeware & a Knife Block. You'll also find kitchen soaps, cleaning supplies and a roll of paper towels provided (to get you started). Dine at the quartz kitchen island, or "al fresco" on the balcony.

-THE BEDROOM: A new King sized bed and a Large 43” Flatscreen TV. The bedroom closet also provides extra towels and linens if you need them. A vacuum, an iron and a full sized ironing board there as well.

-BATHROOM: We provide a hair dryer, Bath & Body Works soaps & a roll of toilet paper, to get you started on your vacation. Just bring your personal favorite toiletries & sunscreen. 🏖☀️

-THE BEACH CLOSET: Complimentary beach items for your use includes two beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler & beach towels.

- LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Coin & Credit Card Operated Laundry machines are on the same floor, outside & just down the hallway. We have laundry soap for you. I can't guarantee they'll always be there, because if/when people use the last of it, we may not catch it. We do our very best though.

-We limit our condo to TWO (2) ADULTS ONLY. We want you to be comfortable, not “cramped”. The condo is only 505 square feet, so it’s just a cute “little” condo.

-PARKING: The parking lot is gated. The only way in and out of the parking lot is with a parking pass, which activates the gate. The parking fee is $45, which gets you a parking pass, along with a covered, assigned parking space. This fee covers your entire stay. There will also be a $75 deposit for the parking pass. This deposit will be refunded from the condo association after your stay.

-The Apollo has an outdoor heated pool & a hot tub/jacuzzi.

-2 Tennis courts & a Gym on site

-FREE internet & cable

-WE INVEST IN AN ANNUAL “DEEP CLEANING” ON ALL OF OUR CONDOS, DURING THE FALL TIME PERIOD.

-TURTLE SEASON: Renting during “Turtle Season” requires patio lights off & condo shades shut/drawn, closed by 9pm until 7am.

The Apollo is only 1 of 5 beachfront properties where "Weekly" Rentals are permitted, while also providing the CLOSEST WALK TO THE OCEAN. It is the only weekly rental building that offers a beachfront restaurant on site.

Pre-Registration is required by the Apollo HOA, for all vacationers. Please ensure this is done at least 48 hours prior to the date of your arrival. The link will provided for you, in your "Arrival Instructions" that we send to you.

We describe everything as accurate as possible. If you have any questions prior to booking, we are happy to assist you.

IMPORTANT NOTE IN 2024: From May 27th-July 27th, the Apollo building will be getting painted. Painting begins on the Top Floor (the 10th Floor) and will last for 2 weeks. Then, they will gradually move down each floor, taking approximately 2 weeks each. Work is “projected” to begin in April in order to remove paint on each floor. April through November 2024, there will be noise related to this project. However, the May 27-July 27th dates should be mainly taken into consideration if you’re visiting during that time.

Great spot to stay!
Loved our stay at The Apollo! Checkin and out was easy. Building was undergoing painting during the week days so that was a bit loud but we were made aware of the work ahead of time and they didn’t work on weekends so that was just fine. Condo was great for 2 adults and we loved our view and access to the beach! It had everything we needed for our 4 days, we just brought our clothes, suits and toiletries! Wonderful communication with the owner and very pleased with everything.

The condo was exactly as described- actually even better. Beautiful job with the renovation. Very clean. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend to anyone. Everything we needed was there including beach items. The restaurant downstairs is a big plus and super convenient. The balcony view of the beach is amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

Property nicely remodeled with attractive finishes. Located at south end of Marco next to public beach entrance. Good view of beach and sunsets. Only downside is the bedroom with a king bed didn’t have enough space for suitcases.

Small but Nice
My husband and I just returned from a week in this condo. The condo is very clean and updated but very small, particularly the kitchen and bathroom. I was very disappointed to find out that the unit did not have a regular oven, only a convection oven in the microwave. Since I have Celiac disease and need to cook most of my food, this was a huge drawback for me. I assumed the unit would have an oven. The unit also does not have a washer and dryer as listed, but it has one on the floor. The view is very gorgeous, but the balcony sticks out beyond the unit adjacent to it so the neighbors above and beside can see you when using the deck. The pictures look like this is an end unit but it is not. All and all, it's a nice condo and we had a wonderful time. I'm only writing this review so others will know what I wish I had known.

Property was wonderful, Would have been nice to have a full stove but we learned the convection microwave and it worked good. only other thing I could say is going to and dropping off keys at Horizon is kind of a pain but definitely not a deal breaker because it is very close. Tracy the owner was 5-star communication to make sure everything was perfect!
