The apartment was not clean the floor, the furniture is neglected, we spend heat at night, the acceptable bath although the shower can be modernized, the TV could never see it (the command must be more acequible or at least bring a review of how to handle it), in the room to sleep a huge heat, in general I would not rent again, and I do not recommend that they do not fix it so that the family that comes to have a holiday.

It is a great location with adequate space for a vacation and great access to the beach. Roxanne in the office was so helpful whenever we needed something. The unit I rented needs some attention, beach chairs were broken, kitchen faucet is finicky and a deep clean of the bathroom would be nice. Bed is just a double, not a queen. Would stay at the property again but rent a different unit.

Our family loved the pool, propane grill, and easy beach access right across the street. Also the pickleball courts. Room was nice but the silverware was at floor level under sink and garbage can, weird but functional, better chairs and table on the balcony would be nice, also side tables at the pool area. The cable tv is also weird, i would bring streaming stick next time to chill out at night. Otherwise it was about perfect!! loved it and would stay again. Also love its close proximity to the glades!!

This was our third time staying here and it never disappoints! Reasonably priced and perfect size property. Private entrance right across the street to the beach is amazing. Sunsets even more spectacular than Key West! Nice pool and always very nice staff. This time we stayed in one of the older units and didn't know what to expect, but everything was great for the price. Many of the very nearby namebrand hotels were much more expensive and added on resort fees and parking fees. We didn't have to deal with any of that and just paid for the room! We will definitely be back!

Great location, easy walking access to the beach. Area is very quiet at the south end of the island. Unit was very clean but dated. There are no services (not even a cup of coffee). 7-Eleven is the closest store. Publix is 2 miles away. Will definitely return for another visit.

The location was good with convenient beach access and close to the launch for shelling and fishing tours. The telephone number for the suites, provided by Expedia, gave you a menu of three options to choose from. I called a couple of times in advance of the stay and no matter which option I chose I received a recording that the line was not in service. Although they did not answer a message sent through Expedia, they did text regarding a check in the day of our check in and I was able to reach them to arrange an after hours check in, because the close the on-site office at 6 pm. The suite was not as clean as it should have been. There were no sheets or linens provided for the pull-out sofa and the office hours are limited, so no one is on-site to help. There is a number for after hours emergencies, but the issues we had were not emergencies. We tried to stop by the office once during office hours and the office was locked. The floors had visible spots on them, the refrigerator looked like it had not been wiped out, and the soap tray in the shower had someone’s left-over highly visible green soap scum on it.
Spills on the refrigerator not cleaned up; refrigerator over-all looked like it needed to be wiped out.
Spots on the floor through-out and generally sticky feeling floor, had not been mopped.

Outdated, not very clean, missing necessities. Kind of gross. Could never stay again. Desk assistance was very kind and helpful. Owners need to update and throughly clean the unit. I cannot suggest others stay here.

First time we stayed here. It’s cheaper than the clubs across the street on the beach. The only good thing about this property was the pool. Clean and warm. Property needs to be updated and fixed. Leaking rusted through gutters. Old appliances. Leaking not working properly refrigerator. Air conditioning making loud noises last night. Nice private access to the beach. Across the street Would I come back to it? No.

We checked in and we realized there was no wifi or water, i mean from the faucets. Front desk said only half hour but 2 hours after we had no water so we left. She said expedia would refund us. Worse hotel i have been.

The property was just as advertised. Access to the beach was excellent. Parking was not covered, but you could pull your vehicle under cover to load/unload in the rain. Full kitchen was great. Everything we needed to cook a meal. There were multiple natural gas grilles for us to cook on outdoors next to the pool. This pool was kept better than any pool I've ever seen including my own. The water was very clear and clean. We came just before Hurricane Milton and intended to stay all week. The staff was constantly updating us on conditions and then informed us the owners and directors of the property thought it best for us to leave ahead of the predicted arrival. They gave us plenty of notice and I was very appreciative of how they handled us during a natural time of confusion. For sure I will rebook with them at some point in the future. I could not have been more satisfied.

Please read this review if you like the finer things in life. If so, do not stay here. It is not a resort. Let me give examples. The complimentary beach chairs were made for a small child, rusty and broken. The complimentary beach towels I wouldn't use to dry my dog off with! Amenities, what a joke, 1 roll of toilet paper, one scrappy bar of soap, half used pump hand soap, one shampoo, half used tissue box & one used roll of paper towels. Floor was extremely dirty. Black feet after a shower walking around in room for 1 minute. Now let's get to the really bad part. The bed.... absolutely horrible! Dingy sheets, plastic mattress covering, it was terrible! But on a bright side, we really did enjoy the pool area and met very nice people. Bottom line, we would never stay here again.
