The pool lanai features a BBQ grill for the master chef, resort style pool loungers, and a large round table with chairs for lazy afternoons at home.

Create memories that last a lifetime in the large living and family rooms spaces. Meals are easily made in the updated kitchen which is fully stocked and ready for any culinary delight. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishes, silverware, utensils, pots, pans and more. Bath & beach towels, linens, iron and ironing board, beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella, 6 brand new bicycles, and new extra-large washer and dryer are available to make your stay that much better. Lots of room to entertain. 4 TV's, surround sound, wireless high-speed internet (WIFI), motion security lights outside, as well as plenty of additional parking. The home also features Alexa controlled lighting for the tech savvy traveler.

We also go above and beyond to ensure the safety and wellness of your family, by following all CDC & WHO Covid-19 sanitization and cleaning guidelines. The property is also professionally sanitized and misted to ensure your peace of mind allowing for absolutely relaxation.

The newly renovated master bathroom offers a spa quality experience where weary travelers are rejuvenated. The shower features 6 jets and offers 3 overhead ceiling shower nozzles. Enjoy your morning routine in peace and tranquility with His and Hers color changing LED lighted mirror vanities. This state-of-the-art shower system will melt the stress away as you relax in your own personal oasis.

SPECIAL EVENTS: This property is also available for hosting daytime Bridal Showers and daytime Baby Showers for up to 20 people. We have an approved Caterer who is permitted to serve and work the event. Pricing for events as well as availability does vary and requires prior approval and planning. NOTE: Pool is heated to 85 degrees, the heater only works when the pool motor is running. Once the pool reaches 85 degrees, the heater will turn off and only turn on to maintain the 85-degree temperature. It does not run 24 hours a day. The pool will lose some heat overnight due to cooler temperatures. Pool heaters normally take 1 hour per degree of heat desired.

Know Before You Go:

The maximum overnight occupancy for this residence is and shall not exceed 6 people.

All pets must be pre-approved by the owner. A non-refundable pet deposit is required as well as a photo of your pet. No cats are permitted. Maximum weight limit is 15lbs. Pets must be disclosed at time of booking.

This property is a self-catering home. Groceries, toiletries and paper products are not provided. Housekeeping will provide starter paper products for newly arriving guests.

Linens and towels are provided for your stay.

Propane tanks can be refilled during your stay at any local grocer.

The pool heater is set to 85 degrees.
