POOL will be closed August 3 till at least September 25! Beach access will be available! Lobby is currently under construction and unavailable. Tile floors on exterior being removed August 17-31 all dates are estimated bad weather could delay the projects.

This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. You will be following the payment schedule from Marco Island Rental Properties not VRBO for your booking. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out promptly.

The master bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, while the guest bedroom includes two extra-long twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, complementing the large-screen TV with HD channels in the living room. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, tennis courts, a heated pool, and a jacuzzi, with the beach just a short stroll away from the pool area. Please note that the stove is not full-sized.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!
