Unsurpassed views of the beach from the 19th floor. Beautiful top floor view, looking over the pool, and Gulf of Mexico. This vacation rental has been totally renovated, modern and relaxing. The kitchen boasts of granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar with two bar stools. The dining room table has seating for four. Decorated in neutral colors, the living room features a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has a full-size bed and a single bed with flat screen TV. Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the balcony has that features loungers, table and chairs.

South Seas Northwest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile. You must register upon arrival or their next business day. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Normal Office Hours- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm Seasonal Office Hours - Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm (7 days/week)

Whether you choose a leisurely vacation, or an adventure packed one, there are a multitude of activities with walking distance. At Tigertail Beach, climb the observation tower for some of the best birding in Southwest Florida. Or go fishing, rent a kayak or paddleboard to explore the tidal lagoon that separates Tigertail Beach from Sand Dollar Spit's narrow and unspoiled Gulf front beach. There is a concession stand that offers beach equipment rentals, food and drinks and a playground also.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

December 2021 Family Vacation

My husband and I and our 2 children, 22 and 24 spent a week on Marco in unit 1901. The condo was very nice. It had everything we needed for a memorable vacation. The complex had lots of activities available. Very clean and well maintained complex. Would definitely stay at the South Seas again. The unit has a beautiful view.

Great week on Marco Island

We enjoyed the location and all of the nice guest. The pool was great and the beach shelling was fun. The elevators are quick and clean, with no issues.
