Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
When leaving: Please strip the bed and leave the linens in a pile by the bathroom. Remove all trash from the trash cans and clean out refrigerator.
Please turn the AC to 76 and make sure the 2 sets of keys are on the hook by the front door. Use the lock box key to lock the condo door when you leave, the code is 4691.
Come back again sometime and please refer your friends!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

This is a non smoking unit. Please no smoking in the Condo or on the patio or walkways. If you smoke a $100 per day fee will be charged.
Remove all trash from the unit when you leave. Dumpster is in the back corner of the parking lot. Place all used linens in a pile in the bathroom.
Do not hang towels or swim suits from front or back railings.

Wonderful Stay At The Condo

Our family stayed at this lovely and well-equipped condo for 10 days over the holiday break. We had a great time and found the home to be clean, well organized, and offer everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect for us as well. We would definitely stay again!

Great weekend stay

Awesome location. Very easy access. Set up was awesome for 2 on a 3 day beach weekend. Beach supplies (towels, umbrella, chairs, and cart) were such a plus to go with the very well equipped and comfortable accomodations. Would stay again for sure.

We were very pleased with our stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. The location was excellent because we had the beach access right across the street. We also had a view of the water. There is no doubt that we would stay here again.

Great Location and Owner

This condo is in a really good location and right across the street from the beach! The owner is a very good communicator as we had some issues with a blown electrical box while we stayed there ( not her fault) and she was very kind and made it right for us. I would highly recommend staying here.

This property is a gem! Perfect location to the beach and restaurants! The beach is a quick walk across the street and many lovely restaurants within five minutes. This is our second stay with this owner and the communication is always clear and efficient. Highly recommend.

The location of the condo was perfect. It is right across the street from the public beach access. It is also within walking distance of restaurants and other businesses. Condo was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked if cooking in.

Winter Getaway

Loved the location and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed exploring Marco Island and the Everglades from this comfortable and perfect home base. In January, the sunsets are visible right from the spot where the ocean peeks through and provides a beautiful show. The host, Lisa, is responsive and easy to communicate with. If we have the chance to travel back to this area again in the future, we will definitely check to see if this home is available. Highly recommend!

As Advertised!

A perfect condo for 2 (or 4) in the perfect location, across from the beach access, equidistant from dining and night life in either direction. Everything described in the listing is accurate. Lisa, the host, was amazing and quick to respond when someone was parking in our spot (which was the only issue we experienced during our stay). A well-kept place that we will surely try and book again next time we visit Marco Island. 5-Stars!

My husband and I had a great time relaxing at Lisa's condo, San Marco Residences property. The apartment was very clean, equipped with all amenities necessary to enjoy our stay, nicely decorated and very inviting. Check in was very easy. Designated free parking spot comes with the booking and is great for marco island. You can not beat the beach front location, beach is across the street from the condo, and having chairs, umbrella and towels available made it so simply. We enjoyed great restaurants nearby and beautiful sunset from the balcony. Lisa, the host was so helpful and kind and always available. 5 stars Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo and to relax in a such an amazing place. We will definitely came back. Great stay at Marco Island Condo

Our Host, Lisa was very responsive with all of our questions. We arrived early and were able to check in a couple of hours ahead of time :) We found the condo spotless and everything that Lisa has sent to us was accurate and easy to find. The location is wonderful; across the street from the beach, many great restaurants close by. The area is very space and we spent a lot of time walking into town and in the neighborhood. The condo had everything we needed for a day at the beach including a cart, chairs, umbrella, cooler. The beach is wide with white sand and beautifully clean water and plenty of space to spread out. The pool was usually empty and a nice alternative. We also spent time on the balcony which was another space. We will definitely return and owners have multiple units which can be great with large families. Take advantage of this great condo! Five star all the way around!
