Three block walk to beach, private pool, designer home

Our home at 165 Beachcomber Street is a quick two to three block walk (750 paces) from beautiful Crescent beach. We provide a beach cart, beach chairs, cooler and towels for your convenience. Our home features an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and living/media room. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a brand new mattress and bedding. It also includes an attached bath, walk-in closet and direct access to lanai. The guest bedrooms, queen and twin, are located on the opposite side of the house and share a freshly renovated bathroom. Our newly constructed pool was added in November of 2014. We have a no smoking and no pet policy. House is installed with high speed wireless internet. Simply step into our home and surround yourself with paradise.

Great getaway!

We had a great stay at this house! It was very clean and had all the essentials. The pool was great and it was very convenient to walk to the beach from the house. We would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Marco Island!

A wonderful stay on Marco!

Thank you for a lovely stay at your beautiful beach house. The location was great to walk to the public beach access, the pool area and pool was nice with lots of sun. The house was nice and roomy and clean. We liked it a lot and would definitely return. See you soon!

Great house, great host, great location in Marco Island

The house was perfect for our family stay in Marco Island. Very clean and well-equipped. The pool is very nice and it's super convenient to the public beach access. It's in a great, quiet neighborhood. The host was great and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house and great location!

The property was very clean and met all of our needs. Plenty of room for up to six people. Having a pool onsite was a great option if we didn’t feel like walking to the beach, and access to a washer/dryer was a very nice perk. The host was extremely responsive prior to and during our stay.

A Slice of Paradise

My wife and my daughters had a fantastic time staying at this house. We loved biking everywhere, the restaurants, the beaches, the mangrove trees and tours, the private pool, and so much more. This house was perfect, and we didn't have to buy lots of beach stuff that we never get to take home. This place had the chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagon AND bikes! Would we stay here again, without a doubt!

A relaxing stay

My family which included our 2 older teen sons really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house feels open and airy and had plenty of room for us. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was the most fully stocked we’ve ever had. The owner was friendly and very helpful. He even called me directly before our trip when I sent a message asking a couple of questions. The beach was a less than 10 minute walk and was a great beach to visit. Overall we had a really relaxing and fun stay at this property.

Great Beach Retreat

Great home and location! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed walking to the beach everyday. It's about a 3 block walk, but we like walking. :) The beach has amazing shells, if you or your kids like collecting sea shells. The house provides a lot of options for your day at the beach (umbrella, chairs, coolers, beach toys, and a beach wagon to hold everything).

Beautiful, yet comfortable home in the perfect location. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Walking distance to the expansive white sandy beach. Gorgeous sunsets.Walk or ride the bikes provided to near by restaurants, shopping, entertainment. The lanai and sparkling clean pool are exceptional.Ted and Leila have thought of everything you may need for your beach vacation- ample beach towels, beach cart, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, sand toys and beach reads.Hosts responded to all questions about the area and the property promptly. Provided many excellent suggestions.Was our first visit to Marco Island and this home. Won’t be our last.

The property was just as described. The house was very clean, which is always my number one priority. It was an easy, safe walk to the beach. Speaking of beach, this beach was the widest, most beautiful beach that we had ever seen! It was very peaceful with very few people. We are so grateful to the owners for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home. The pool area was fabulous, and allowed us to extend our time outside together each day. Thank you again for sharing your home with us! It was perfect!
