    Large separate den can be used as a 4th. bedroom for extra Guests.
    Master bedroom has King size bed and en-suite bath with walk-in shower.
    Guest bedrooms offer a Queen bed and 2 Twin sets.
    Open concept kitchen with granite and new appliances connects to the comfortable Family room area...perfect for entertaining.
    This home is located near the Center of the Island in close proximity to beach accesses.
    Beautiful heated pool with spa and nice water views from screened lanai. Pools are heated to 86

    POOL HEAT. Pool heat is an optional price amenity. Some people use the pool, many do not. If you want a heated pool during your winter stay, we have a daily $ 25 pool heat charge. This is an add on charge and not included in the rental rate. Maximum pool heat temperature is 86 degrees. Occasional issues with pool equipment can result in no pool or spa heat. If so, there may be a credit for up to but not exceeding $25 per day for full days with no pool heat.

    Your home rental requires you cooperation and compliance with simple common sense house rules and Marco Island ordinances.

Perfect cozy house

House was very well thought out and had everything you needed and didn’t know you needed! House was immaculate and the perfect combination of sun and shade! Will be back next year!

All good except bathrooms could have been better cleaned without many black hairs all over.

Cleaning of bathroom and breaker/timer issue for hot tub were only issues.

Thanksgiving

Nice property with 3 bedrooms, quality dock and nice pool. Two good sitting areas and an office that can double as bedroom. Not superfancy, but in good shape and great spot for family of 6. A little crowded at max capacity and water location if you boat is a long no wake zone (about as deep into island as you can get). But very solid property that is fairly presented.

Great location

Location was great. Central to island. House was clean and spacious Pool and hot tub kept gets busy all day. Dock was great for fishing. Lots of room on dock. Really nice home with a great location.

Great house but needs a little TLC

The house is large and was clean. Plenty of room. Well-appointed kitchen. The pool faces north, which means there’s no sun over the lanai during the day in the winter, which was a slight disappointment. The outdoor Lanai area was nice but we had a couple issues with the pool and spa working. The management company was great to work with but we had several repair people come to the house during our stay unannounced including deck repair and vertical blinds people to address issues that we didn’t call about. The decor is in good condition, but could use some updating. Overall, the house meets all of the basic vacation house criteria, but we would probably not stay at this house again due to the lack of sun over the lanai and the issues with the pool and spa.
