Beautifully appointed waterfront condo featuring a Master bedroom with a King bed, updated master bathroom and large walk in closet. A second bedroom featuring two twin beds and a full guest bath updated with a large walking in glass shower. Living room has a queen pull out coach available. Upscale large kitchen with all the amenities and turn key with everything you need. Open concept kitchen and living room with a beautiful screen in lanai overlooking the water. Walking distance to some of the islands greatest restaurants and beach access areas.

Community has a large heated pool overlooking the water and features tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffle board and outdoor grill area. Private parking spot under a carport assigned to unit and guest parking.

Minimum rental is one month. No pets allowed per community home owners association. Maximum guests within unit is (6).
