"We stayed over the holiday weekend for a convention. The host was truly wonderful. Communication was easy and so quick to reply. As for the property, the only negative, and it wasn’t even a negative was a conversation worker was double parked so I couldn’t see the property address. I just rolled down my window and yelled at the guy to tell me what the address on the house was since his big truck was blocking the view. The residence was beautiful. "This is a beautifully designed unit in a perfect location -- very close to all that Midtown and downtown has to offer. It did not prove to a peaceful respite, however, as the walls are paper thin and the neighbors in the adjacent unit were extremely noisy throughout -- running laundry (which is just outside the bedroom) at 1:00 AM; doing full construction work at 8:00 AM (same morning); talking loudly on the porch just outside the living window, etc. Giving 4 stars because the unit is so nice --...

"The property was in a great location to walk around Sacramento to restaurants and the capital. The air conditioning works very well. The beds are comfortable."
