"Such a wonderful location with a beautiful view of a waterfall that is lit at night and the staff was just as wonderful! Very friendly and welcoming. Location was perfectly centered in the downtown. "We absolutely adored our stay. We had stayed here before while using Banos as a central hub for our travels, so we were excited to stay here again. We were lucky to have an upgrade to the detached king room, which was beautiful and spacious. Everything at the property is clean and so well kept. The staff are fantastic and kind, we did a few excursions this time including rafting and hiring bikes to do the waterfall trail.
