Güzel otel

Oda konfor ve içerik olarak güzeldi. 316 nolu odanın sifonu çalışmıyordu. Duş askı aparatı kırıktı. Kahvaltı açık büfe güzeldi ama içerik olarak azdı. Genel itibariyle güzel bir oteldi. Suit odasını tavsiye ederim 👍

Einfach katastrophal nicht empfehlenswert. Bad mit Schimmel befallen, Betten quietschen und die Nachbarzimmer sind mit so dünnen Wänden angereiht dass man alles hören kann.

Aşırı kirli

Hayatimda gordugum en kirli oteldi. Cift kisilik yatak olan bor oda secmistim rezervasyonda ancak oraya gidince tek kisilik iki yatakli oda verdiler , yataklari birlestirin dediler yataklarin altindan cikan pisliği fotografladim. Sabah kahvaltisi dahil dediler ama asla yiyilecek gibi degil. Masalarda kediler cirit atiyor, kap kaşık aşirı kirli asla midem almadi bisey yemeden ciktik. Çarşaflar temiz degildi baskalarindan kalma lekeler vardi . Deneyimlediğim en berbat otel oldu. O tarihi yapilar asla onu hak etmiyor.

Otel hakkında yorumumuz

Artuklu kervansaray oteline rezervasyon yaptığımız halde yan tarafta old city yazan yerde konakladık. Biz 2 çift konakladık bizim odamızda sıcak su yoktu pompası bozuldu dediler sabah gelir dediler ama sabah sıcak su da yoktu. Ayrıca sifon da bozuktu. Çeşmesi akıyordu. Diğer arkadaşların odada tualet bozuktu. Oda pervanesi bozuktu sürekli çalışıyordu. Tek anlamda herşey kötüydü. Tam bir hayal kırıklığı. Kahvaltı salonunda da masada kedi geziyordu. Bizim için sıkıntı değil ama başka misafirler tarafından hoş karşılanmayabilir. Hijyenik değil sonuçta.

Disappointing

The hotel is beautiful and historical however there was only warm water available for showering at 9pm, water was freezing cold or luke warm. The hotel advertisement states they have a laundry service, when I asked the receptionist she advised they did not have a laundry service. We also had to ask for clean towels and the bed to be changed and room to be cleaned. The room which was the Presidential suite 316 was cold on arrival, radiators not on for the duration of our stay, there was air con unit for heating however wasn’t very effective. The porter was very helpful and an asset to the hotel, unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again.
