We’re had a beautiful time there. The people are so in kind. We’re book again the hotel and can recommend that a lot. It’s clean, middle in the old city center Mardin. In front of the hotel is a bus station. They all the time available at the reception. 100 Prozent clean and good! And the price is good also

The hotel itself is unique and I stayed in one of the nicest hotel after a long time. The room was like a cave in ancient times which was modernised according to standards. The receptionist 'Berken' did receive me, and he was kind, and helpful. Because of language barrier it was difficult for me to rotate from one place to another but thanks to him that he did help me out of the box. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves rooftop views and drink Chai and wants to stay in peaceful hotel.

Overall, it was an okay stay in a small, traditional konak and offered reasonable value for money. The location and atmosphere were pleasant, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The towels were quite old and would benefit from being replaced. The room also needs better air ventilation, as it felt a little stuffy at times. With a few small updates, this could be a much more comfortable stay for future travellers.

New hotel but some issues

A nice new build hotel butik style. However we had breakfast booked but it wasn’t served as it wasn’t available due to it being a new hotel. Not set up as yet. Also the 2 family rooms booked (2 adult and 2 child) they only had 1 of that type of room So we had to compromise and take an additional room as they also did not have any pullout sofa or beds. We did get to a resolution but I was asked for more money but I refused and they accommodated in the end. Hotels.com was to blamed by management.

Tek başıma konakladım, oda gayet yeterliydi. Temizlik ben girmeden önce yapılmıştı, bir eksiğim olursa isteyebileceğimi söylediler. Terası muazzam, sırf onun için bile gidilir. Konumu hakkında burada yazılan yorumlar gözümü korkutmuştu ama ara sokaklara bin tane tabela koyulmuş beş yaşında çocuk bile bulur konumu gayet. Ana caddeden bir buçuk dakika sürdü varmam. Ayrıca yine burada yazılan ne su ne de koku problemi vardı, hiçbir sorun yoktu. Ben oldukça beğendim tam bir fiyat performans, yine olsa yine burayı tercih ederim.

Benim için son derece kötü bir deneyimdi, odalar inanılmaz küçük ve bakımsız, aracınız var ise tam bir işkence, sizi otoparkçı görünümündeki it kopuk ile muhattap ediyorlar, bir dah bırakın konaklamayı buranın önünden bile geçmeyeceğim !!!! Bu işletmeye bir yıldız bile çok fazla !!!!!
