It was one of the better experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service for a perfect stay. The hotel service was excellent and the location was perfect. Will stay here again when im back!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Staff is always available whenever you need them. Very spacious and clean room. We even had a small hamam in our room making it very authentic The architecture is very unique to Mardin. The hotel gives a great breakfast included in the price; so many choices and everything fresh and delicious. Just make sure that you can do steps. Because of the location of the hotel the only way to get to it from the main road is to either climb steps or take the longer way walking uphill. The hotel is within walking distance to “old Mardin”, and steps away from nice restaurants. I recommend it highly

A fantastic stay in Mardin. Slightly difficult to manoeuvre with cars but easily accessible by foot. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Hotel was super clean with new appliances and very well taken care of. Thank you for the incredible stay and tour of the beautiful Mardin.

Sabah kahvaltısında ekmek yoktu. Ramazan ayı olması gerekçesiyle fırınların geç açıldığını ve temin edemediklerini belirttiler ancak önceki günden tedarik edilmesi gerektiğini belirttik. Duruma bir çözüm getireceklerini söylediler. Umarım bizden sonraki kalacak olan misafirler benzer durumla karşılaşmazlar. Bunun dışında kaldığımız oda ferah ve rahattı. Çalışanlar kibar ve güleryüzlüydüler. Otel çarşıya da oldukça yakındı. Otoparkları olması açısından da memnun kaldık

5 kişilik bir grup olarak konaklama sağladık. Her iki odası da çok temiz ve rahattı. Fiyat performans olarak bizim çok memnun kaldığımız bir deneyimdi. Mardin genelinde merdiven inip çıkacağınızın farkında olduğunuz sürece merkeze ulaşımı da rahattı. İlgileri için çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz. Gelecek olan arkadaşlarımıza tavsiye ederiz.

Mardin ambiyansına çok uygun bir otel. Heryere yürüme mesafesinde. Kendine ait bir otoparkı var ve bu eski Mardin’de bir nimet. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgililer. Odamız temiz ve ferahtı. Yeterli bir kahvaltısı var. Otelin kendine ait bir şarap evi de mevcut. Biz ailecek memnun kaldık.

Karşılama ve yönlendirme konusunda puan kırdık. Onun dışında oda düzeni, eşyalar, yatak, banyo ve sıcak su gayet iyiydi ve konforluydu. Restaurant girişi otel içinden olsa daha iyi olabilirdi. 1 gün kaldığımız için çok fazla imkanlarını kullanmadık.
