OUT OF THIS WORLD... This is the BEST hospitality we have ever received. The staff was outstanding and the property was simply "amazing". Just book it! You won't be disappointed!

Amazing hotel with wonderful service. Hassan went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Given lay out of Mardin hotel is not the easiest to find. If you are coming by car, we hugely suggest you come up Cadessi 1 and ignore Sat Nav or Google that do not work well in the old city and may lead you up some very narrow and steep roads that are difficult to negotiate. If you park your car temporarily opposite ízala boutique hotel on cadessi 1 then the selcuklu is just down a set of steps

Personnel très réactif et très précis par téléphone pour des informations. Emplacement parfait de l’hôtel. L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre. Tout le Personnel super gentil sans exception. La vue de l’hôtel est à couper le souffle . La chambre est incroyable juste ! Et très bien équipée . Tout est parfait . Je le conseil à tous . Tout est parfait.

Arkadaşlarımızla keyifli bir bayram tatili geçirdik. Tarihi Selçuklu Konağı, gerek otantik mimarisi ve konforu, gerekse de otel personelinin son derece yardımcı, güleryüzlü servisiyle bu keyfe büyük katkı yaptı. Muhteşem Mezopotamya manzarası ile yapılan lezzetli ve yöresel ürünlerle yapılan kahvaltıyı da mutlaka bahsetmeliyiz.

Ein sehr sehr gutes und sauberes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten so als ob das Hotel Ihnen selber gehört. Habe ich in meinen 20 Jahren reisen durch fast die halbe Welt noch nie erlebt. Das Frühstück war top. Besser geht es nicht. Ein VIP Hotel. Kann ich jedem empfehlen.

Mardin'e gelmeye karar verdikten sonra uzun bir otel araştırması yaptım. Sonunda fiyatları biraz yüksek olsa da Selçuklu Konağında karar kıldım. Daha otele girişte ne kadar doğru bir karar verdigimi anladım. Eski bir Mardin konağı çok zevkli restore edilmiş. Her bir köşesi tarih kokuyor. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. İşletme sahibi Özlem Hanım müşterileri ile misafirleri gibi ilgileniyor. Kahvaltı tek kelime ile muhteşem. Tüm ürünler birinci sınıf. Oda içi ücretsiz ikramlar harika. Kesinlikle çok memnun kaldık. Tüm otel personeli ve Ozlem Hanima en kısa sürede tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle teşekkür ederiz.
