"We got the renovated rooms so the rooms are okey but the restaurant is very old and the staffs are very rude not corporative. "I hate to leave a bad review but on this one I can’t really help it. We only stayed one night but even for the short amount of time, we did not have a good experience staying here. First of all, not clean when we came. There were a lot of black hairs in the bathroom. Then when I tried to take a shower, there was no hot water. So I ended up having to take a cold shower in a dirty bathtub. Since we were only staying one night to catch our flight the next morning, I figured I wasn’t gonna say...

"The staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room for free, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel is right by the beach. They also kept our luggage after checkout, which was very convenient. The only downside was some renovation noise in the lobby area, but overall we were very satisfied with our stay."
