"A wonderful stay at a stunning property! The views are to die for and the house full of traditional charm, we loved it! Dinners on the terrace were a highlight - the kitchen, although small was well equipped. We loved Bellano as it was very well connected by train and ferry but nice and quiet after experiencing the busier towns on the lake. If you’re not hiring a car the walk to Bellano is a little tricky walking along the road but we managed it easily enough everyday by being cautious (never in the dark though). Only real negative was the shower curtain in the blue bathroom was mouldy and needed to be changed. Thank you for a great stay! "

"The hotel is pretty basic but we had room 10, which is very spacious with a large balcony. The hotel is close to train station and the ferry dock, easy walk to town center and attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay! "

"This was the best hotel stay I've ever had in terms of service. I contacted the hotel to ask whether we could store our luggage before we checked in, as we didn't want to carry them all day around the towns in Lake Como. Francesca not only allowed us to store the bags in our room early, but also gave us the key as the room was ready by 9:30am. She even picked us up from the train station in Bellano and gave us a lift to the hotel! Manuela made us coffee before we set out for the day, and insisted we eat some breakfast before we head out. The staff were so kind and friendly, and the hotel itself is incredibly beautiful. Our room was authentically Italian and the bathroom was clean and beautiful. The hotel is very peaceful, and the view of the lake from our window was stunning. The only negative was that the hot tub was not working, as we were looking forward to enjoying it while taking in the views of the lake, but this minor inconvenience was more than made up for by how far above and beyond Francesca and Manuela went for us."

"The property had a wonderful, spectacular view. The access to a garage was nice and convenient. Loved all the space in the apartment. Did not like the drive up all the winding roads. Also did not like having the first garage. Parking in it was a hassle from the steep slope and narrow driveway. "
