"A lovely little cottage in a beautiful setting. We only found out that there was no wifi once we had booked. This also meant that there was no Smart TV as advertised. The listing should state clearly that there is no WIFI. Also the information pack in the cottage gave no instructions regarding the rubbish bins. "Beautifully decorated and modern hotel and room. Comfortable bed with a lovely walk in shower. Everything was clean and well presented. The hotel bar and breakfast were expensive, particularly if you only want a drink and toast. However the evening meals were good. Excellent location for the town and the sea front. The NCP car park opposite the hotel was discounted through the hotel."

"Good sea front location close to Brighton Pier. Comfortable and clean rooms, excellent breakfast. There is a car park under the hotel - it’s very busy - with a discount if you’re staying at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a family room with our two children. We were able to walk to our restaurant easily and then walk to the University of Brighton - which was the reason we went down. Very convenient location. "
