Very polite and helpful staff at the reception, quick check in for late arrival, helped me with arranging for pickup for my tour (Danny), polite and attentive (Nita - help with breakfast boxes due to early morning departure and Suwati). Good location, close to walk to Kuta Beach. Also good breakfast buffet and attentive staff at this restaurant. Look like a nice swimming pool, but did not get a chance to use it. Spa on this location was great "

"Breakfast food was amazing! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed. So close to the airport which was great as we arrived in Bali late. Walking distance to shops and beach. Overall, would recommend for a short trip and value for money! "

"The staff was very professional and helpful. Two staff members who helped us was Juni (taller) and Ayu at the bar. Juni you were a ray of sunshine. The rooms were fabulous. We had an issue with the safe, they promptly came to fix it. The pizza and burrata at the Beach club was amazing! "

"The room was spotless, staff were so happy and helpful. The only thing was the road works were a pain to get in and out of the resort! I felt the free shuttle bus should have taken us further in town as it was a 20min walk it the humid heat. Or this should have been communicated before arrival. "
