Tried to increase the temp to 21 deg from the preset temp of 18 deg as it was -2 outside. It never ever got to 21 deg and in fact I never saw it above 18.5 deg. The fan was extremely noisey so turned it down to minimum but then of course the aircon would not respond to the 21 deg demand."

The staff are always willing to help and are very courteous in all they do and will accommodate if possible anything you require. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will stay again. "
