Stylish, spacious, seafront private-entry basement flat boasting 2 bedrooms, large living area and private outside patio.

Ideally located 5 mins walk from Margate station with free on street parking.
Seaview Terrace is 7min walk to Dreamland and 10min walk to Margate Old Town.

Both bedrooms feature blackout curtains, and memory foam mattresses.
The main bedroom is a large double and bedroom 2 a king trundle that can be made into two singles or a king bed.

The private patio is ideal for cocktails, or mid morning sunbathing. Enjoy afternoon post swim snooze on the huge feature sofa whilst breathing in some sea air.

Seaview Terrace is perfectly located between Margate Beach and Westbrook Beach both 3min walk along the promenade giving you the choice of two glorious sandy beaches with Westbrook beach being slightly quieter.

Seaview Terrace is the perfect seaside getaway and a foodie haven!

We have enjoyed our stay in this property in Margate The place of the property was very convenient for us to visit other places in Kent. The property's layout and facilities were very convenient for us too.
