Heart of the Old Town, beautiful Historic 3 bed House

Well located in the historical heart of Margate Old Town, this period property built in 1605 combines period charm with comfortable modern amenities. The property has strong historical connections to the area having once housed a local history museum.

There are 3 bedrooms, a king size, double and single with an additional airbed for a second child. We also have a travel cot (please bring your own bedding for this) and a high chair.

The house has a huge family bathroom with a tub and separate shower cubicle and a characterful outside W.C.
We provide all linen, towels, soaps, shampoos.

We have a bright and sunny living room with original wooden floorboards and there is an old school CD player with a broad range to choose from, a dvd player, Free-sat TV, and wireless broadband.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine. We do provide some basic pantry items, like coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil vinegar and salt & pepper. We also provide milk for making your first cup of tea.

There's also the added bonus of a kids basement games room, with toys, games, colouring in books, puzzles, books, dvd's and more.

The property has a courtyard back garden with garden furniture and bbq, to be added, for outdoor days, and also plenty of secure cycle storage.
